Franklin Peterson

Senior Broker Associate

Franklin Peterson has a proven track record of success with over seven years of professional sales experience.  Graduating as valedictorian of his class and wrestling team captain at Somonauk High School, Franklin has a firm understanding of the history of hard work and strong moral fiber found in our local communities.  Mr. Peterson has a bachelors in Business Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.  Mr. Peterson has a strong background in the mortgage banking field which enables him to better understand, process, and market properties for sale.  Previously licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer federally and within many states, Mr. Peterson quickly was promoted to Team Leader where he originated loans for clients as well as managed and trained new licensees.  He also has experience in technical sales and marketing within the telecommunications industry communicating with C-Suite professionals.  

Mr. Peterson earned 2016 Inland Rookie of the Year, 2017 Inland President’s Gold and Silver Awards in multiple categories, and is a licensed real estate broker, business broker, and REALTOR® with the state of Illinois.  He works long hours within commercial brokerage and leasing, business brokerage, and residential brokerage.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Plano Area Chamber of Commerce as well as being active within multiple other local chambers of commerce.  He is active within the Realtors Association of the Fox Valley (RAFV), previous Chair of the Young Professionals Network within RAFV, and is active with other YPN’s within local organizations.  Hand in hand with owning multiple businesses and his own real estate portfolio, Franklin’s passion, creativity, innovative thinking, and tenacity are celebrated within Kirch Property Management and Sales.
